  • German triangular bread 
  • 6 slices of smoked salmon 
  • 200 g thick cream 
  • 20 g horseradish from a jar 
  • 5-6 g lemon juice 
  • 4-5 grinds of pepper 
  • Dill sprigs 
  • ½ garlic clove

  • Mix the cream with the horseradish and add the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper
  • (For a lighter version, the cream can be replaced with fromage blanc) 
  • Cut the triangular bread into 2-3 cm slices. 
  • Spread the horseradish cream on the bread slices, add the slices of smoked salmon
  • Decorate with a few sprigs of dill.
  • Cut into small individual portions
